It’s billed as THE Party and it promises an upscale New Year’s Eve bash.

The big bash, Dec. 31 at the Tulsa Renaissance Hotel, will feature a five-course gourmet dinner from 6-10 p.m., followed by a New York nightclub-style party in the ballroom from 10 p.m.-2 a.m., which will showcase a popular DJ from Miami Beach.

There will also be private VIP cabanas and four themed lounges, which will offer everything from a hand of poker to a foot massage.

A benefit for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, this unique, what-a-way-to-spend-New-Year’s-Eve is produced by the Tulsa-based event production company e2 Worldwide.

The evening will also offer a “Fun Fearless Men” competition in which Tulsa leaders and celebrities will become “fearless” fashion models for a good cause. The men are challenged to sell tickets to raise money, and the winner will be named the “Fun Fearless Man of the Year.”

Proceeds from table sponsorships, ticket sales, and the Fun Fearless Men competition will be given to JDRF to provide assistance for research on juvenile diabetes. Individual ticket prices for the New Year’s Eve event begin at $175 and $200 per person with opportunities to purchase reserved tables, private VIP cabanas and corporate sponsorships.

“I receive calls from clients every year asking what there is to do on New Year’s Eve that will be different and upscale,” said Lisa Hardin, president of e2 Worldwide. “This year, I decided to produce what I believe will become the party in Tulsa

for New Year’s Eve while also benefiting a local charity.”

“Our organization is excited to be a part of this unique fundraiser,” said Jody Gray, board member of the Tulsa Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. “There’s really nothing else like it, and I think it has the potential to quickly become Tulsa’s premier New Year’s Eve event.”
